Approach
The NanakKalam typeface is meticulously crafted, drawing inspiration from the architectural elegance of Sikh heritage. The design process began with an in-depth study of Gurudwara structures, traditional motifs, and sacred symbols like the Khanda and Nishan Sahib. The letterforms incorporate ornamental arches, domes, and sharp geometric edges, reflecting the structural symmetry and grandeur of Sikh architecture. Each character is hand-refined to balance tradition with contemporary usability, ensuring legibility while preserving cultural authenticity.
